Question / Help Upgrade from i7 4770 to 4790K worth it?

Hi all,

I am looking to upgrade my PC for streaming to twitch and was curious what to upgrade first. I have an i7 4770 and a GTX 760. Should I upgrade my 4770 to the 4790k or should I go to a GTX 970 before upgrading my CPU? Looking for the best streaming performance possible here.

The advantage in going from a 4770 to a 4790 is very minimal, don't bother.

Updating your GPU like that won't have any affect on OBS, it'll just improve your games, maybe.

Neither of these should impact your streaming, the GPU one might help your game framerates though.
