Upgrade and Preview breaks

So. I switched back to Skyrim ( TBH I am on the fence on which project to start next, Skyrim or Eternal Senia) which I finished recording a series of 11 videos in OBS no problem. I recently, between recording the last video and today, updated OBS to 27.1.3, and today I can't get it to work. It shows the initial Skyrim loading screen (The Bethesda logo) in preview then freezes on that image and doesn't update even though the game is running fully on the main monitor. I've tried "Game Capture" using "Capture Specific Window" set to TESV.exe, "Capture Any Fullscreen Application" and "Capture Foreground Window with Hotkey " , which is what I was using before, and nothing. It just doesn't want to give me a live preview so I have no idea if it's even recording the game beyond that.


Do I need to somehow downgrade to the previous version? Update 1: Restarted OBS and ran it as Admin, no fix, so that's everything in the log analyst.
 
Update 2 : Fully updated Windows 10, updated the AMD chipset driver (apparently needed due to some security bug), fully updated the video drivers to the latest Game Ready off of nVidia's website, and it's still broken. A quick test recording shows it's only recording the single frame that it's showing of the Bethesda logo and not the game that's working fine on the main monitor. Next step, I am thinking, is to try another full screen game to see if it's broken. * hmm * Or should I try compatibility mode?

Back! Nope, compatibility mode for WIn 7 causes Skyrim LE to ctd on start up. Running Power Wash Simulator and it works. So it's Skyrim. * bleep * my life. I haven't changed anything in it, no new mods, no new ENB, etc.

FIXED! Well, sort of, it's a bug in 27.1.3 , I rolled down to 27.0.1 and it *WORKS!* ... Woohoo! So there is something buggy in the new version of OBS. Meh! Ok, that's good to know. Never ever update OBS and I'll be fine. >.< Seriously, let me figure out how to post a bug report to the devs so they can figure this out. >.< Thanks all!
