Updating OBS causing as much as 80% skipped frames due to encoding lag

From 4/6829 frames skipped in OBS 28.1.2 to 2056/2588 frames skipped in OBS 29.1.1
Both logs are from recording a Minecraft video in the same singleplayer world with the same programs running in the background. I made a lot of mistakes in my first recording so I was literally redoing the exact same stuff and the only difference is I installed the update I was ignoring for a while.

For anyone wondering. Reinstalling OBS 28.1.2 did fix it. Back to getting <0.1% skipped frames.

Move the display source to it's own scene.
If you're using custom parameters for the encoder, don't.
