Question / Help Updated OBS, Now Everything I Record Overloads Encoder

I have been using OBS for a while now and without issue have recorded a lot of gameplay from various games with varying GPU and CPU demands. Ever since the other day when I finally decided to update my OBS to the latest software, EVERYTHING that I record, I get the dreaded, "ENCODER OVERLOADED" message at the bottom left of my OBS window. Even just doing a screen cap overloads and lags the final product. While monitoring my CPU and GPU, nothing is being maxed out and all work loads remain low, but for some reason the Encoder gets overloaded every time whether I use my GPU or CPU to encode.

1080p60 on an RX580 in a single PC setup might be challenging depending on the content.

08:28:26.248: base resolution: 1920x1080
08:28:26.248: output resolution: 1920x1080
08:28:26.248: downscale filter: Lanczos
08:28:26.248: fps: 60/1
08:28:26.248: format: NV12
08:28:26.248: YUV mode: 709/Full

You want the color space to be 709/Partial. Full range will degrade quality for most users and increase GPU load.

08:47:46.666: Output 'adv_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 2347 (11.9%)

Also, that's not encoding overload, that's rendering overload.

Okay thanks, I will try to change some settings around, but I'm just kind of confused because I have recorded some pretty demanding games before, and now since I updated, I constantly get the "Encoding Overloaded" warning at the bottom left corner of OBS. When I throw the files into Sony Vegas, the audio is on point, but the video freezes up and lags
