Question / Help Updated OBS now error

OBS was working as intended, then I updated and now i get this error:

Error: CreatePixelShaderFromFile: Couldn't open shaders/SceneTransition.pShader: 2

Anyone else encountering this or know of a fix? I tried searching and was unable to find any results that applied. If anyone can help I would very much appreciate it.
