Updated OBS 31.01.0 crashing. Thread 6308 (Crashed)

HI! I am really bad at technology and recently updated OBS to the newest version and now I can't even open it. If it opens it immediately crashes and then I have to hunt it down in task manager to completely force it to close out because it thinks its still running the program. After cheking the creash report it comes up that Thread 6308: (crashed). I don''t know what this means or how to fix it. I really do not want to uninstal and reinstall but im at my wits end and im never doing an update again until I check forums. Ruined my day and my streaming/gaming. :(

OMG I finally figured it out. Everyone in forums kept saying it was from cursed plugins and i went looking again. Im pretty barebones when it comes to streaming and have little to no plugins. I found it. The updated added some cursed Nvidia Supression to ym microphone. I dont even us Nvidia for audio. -_- So hopefully this will help someone else. I removed the nvidia supression and so far no crashes. Will update if I have to cry again.
