Question / Help Updated and now stream offline

Before I started my stream I updated to the newest version (OBS 19.0.3) and now my stream will only display as offline on twitch. I have reset my stream key, restarted my computer, checked all my settings and nothing has fixed it. OBS says I am sending data but I am still offline on twitch no matter what and there are no past broadcasts being uploaded. I have no idea what the problem is.. Help me please :(
