Update unsigned signature in latest obs studio version 32.1.0 for windows 11 64 bit

I am running Windows 11 64 bit but cant run the obs studio version 32.1.0 executable because the smart app control on my computer is blocking it from installing because the software thinks this version is malicious because it is unsigned. Please roll out another update with a signed version from the developer ASAP thank you. I can run the obs studio to watch the firestick 4k max on my computer.
 
Revised I can not run obs studio to watch the firestick 4k max on my computer and dont want to turn off my smart app control so it can monitor for malicious software.
