Update to 32.1.2 on Win11 Blackens screen

Info bug info. I updated to 32.1.2 on this platform (Win 11). After restarting, my Brio 505 camera light stayed on, the OBS and all camera using apps on my box displayed black.

When I rolled back to 32.1.1 everything came back. My AI gave this commentary:

Here’s the safe way to do it without risking another camera lock:

1. Install 32.1.2
2. Before opening any scenes, go to:Settings → Video → Reset to defaults
3. Add the Brio as a new Video Capture Device
4. In its properties:
   
   • Set Resolution to 1920×1080
   • Set FPS to 30
   • Set Video Format to MJPEG or YUY2 (avoid NV12 on Brio)
   • Disable Use Preset
5. Make sure Virtual Camera is OFF
6. Restart OBS once

This prevents OBS from requesting a bad format that bricks the Brio’s output.
