Update on broadcasting to multiple stream services?

Hey there,

Used the search feature but there hasn't seem to have been any updated notes about the ability to stream to multiple streaming services at the same time - seems last update was in 2013?

I know there is the -multi command line you can add however since I'm using a capture card this will not work since the device is already in use.

Just wondering if there is an update to this since Xsplit has had it for a while.
