@Nerd_Jesse @witchcraft_streams @ChimeraSyber I found a solution. You may not love it, but it works. Delete OBS from your PC using the official Uninstaller program that should be in the same folder as your OBS application is located. Make sure you keep all your settings & setup for your OBS scenes & sources (the Uninstaller program will let you do so). Then go to https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/releases/tag/32.0.4 & scroll all the way down to the Assets section of the page to download the most recent OBS version for your specific device & reinstall OBS. Any errors that you were getting should be completely gone now. Hopefully this helps y'all.

Uninstall Armory Crate. This is what provides the unstoppable/ever-restarting "ASUS NodeJS web framework". It's bloatware anyway without any useful purpose, so it's safe to uninstall.

Unfortunately it's the only way I could figure out how to make my water cooler fans match the same red as the rest of my case fans. I remember trying other methods after first building my PC and they just... wouldn't work for the water cooler fans. No idea why.

@ChimeraSyber appreciate the help. I honestly don't want to risk uninstalling and not being able to reinstall OBS because of the other issues I'm experiencing.

UPDATE: Wow. So I did some digging, and found a solution (for me).

Went into Armoury Crate. All I did was update it. Then restarted my PC.

Launched OBS and the update worked. Now on 32.0.4, ran Integrity Check and it seems fine...
