Up and Down arrows to control movement through Scene (Program view)

I am new, so please be kind... I only started using OBS last week. The 'up' and 'down' arrows on my keyboard move seamlessly up and down the Scenes in Preview mode which is great. But how can I also do this in Program mode (i.e., have Transitions move sequentially through my Scenes)? I am trying to use OBS like PowerPoint and only have one monitor (otherwise I would just use Window capture more often and point it directly to PowerPoint but am waiting on my second monitor coming). Thanks!
