Question / Help Unusual Frame drop issues

As a precursor I've tried everything in the "Dropped frames..." stickied thread, apart from using a wired connection as that's physically unrealistic when I'm 2 floors away from the router (but my brother's computer, located 2 feet away from mine in the same room doesn't have an issue streaming).

I'm having an issue where obs seems to sporadically drop chunks of frames when I'm streaming. I use AmarecTV to record a capture of a gamecube/wii through a gv-usb2, and then capture the amaraecLive function through "Video capture device" on obs. I also have a couple of window captures alongside that. The issue seems to occur randomly, but often when I do something on amarec (such as starting/stopping the local recording) or happens in conjunction with issues on amarec (capture freezing or disappearing). The main problem I have is that these issues come completely randomly, I can stream every day for a week with 0 or very minimal dropped frames, sometimes find I'm dropping multiple seconds of frames every few minutes or so, and occasionally completely disconnect from the server multiple times, rending my stream non-existent for anyone trying to watch it.

I've spent some time trying to troubleshoot hardware, wondering if it was the capture card (it probably isn't, as the issue persists when I use my EZcap), the usb wifi dongle (also tried another dongle) or another usb device/driver screwing with something (removing everything else didn't help).

Here's a log file from one of the streams that had the issue: https://pastebin.com/98Lg04Hr

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Edit: Forgot to mention that the log file might not be too useful, I'm currently trying to get clean attempt at a stream that gets this issue to hopefully provide a better log file, but naturally everything is behaving itself today.

If I'm reading this correctly, your USB wifi adapter starts having problems when other USB devices start having problems?

Not necessarily, the frame drops seem to only occur when I use amarec (or other recording passthrough programs, vMix etc), but that could be a false positive because I only ever use them anyway. I'll see what happens if I capture straight from the capture card in obs.
Also the wifi adapter seems to work fine with other internet functions operate fine, just obs dropping frames.

A better test would be not using any kind of bandwidth-hungry USB device (webcam, capture card, etc.).

Only other thing I can think of to try is switching encoders to something other than AMF. If that doesn't work it's down to testing on a wired connection.
