Question / Help Unsure How to Adjust My Cam/Mic to Sync Up

Hello everyone and I am in need of some help. OBS sees my camera is recognized and I know about the offset to sync procedure I just don't know how to adjust it because the device for audio (im guessing audio = mic) doesn't appear as an option in the properties. In the OBS settings I have it selected as the Mic/audio as well

Wouldn't the correct device be Microphone (Webcam 250) ?

That's what I thought too but that was for another webcam I used

Do you have any other devices showing in the windows sound settings, that are disabled?
