Question / Help Unsupported Signal

Hello. I have an ATEM Production Studio 4k, with 2 camera inputs. My HDMI output is going to a Magewell USB Capture HDMI, to PC USB. OBS shows "unsupported signal." Any help getting problem resolved?

The "unsupported signal" message is coming from your capture card driver, not OBS. Try playing around with the driver settings.

I had a similar problem and my camera and obs were not set at the same resolution. Magewell has really great customer service also.

When you say "driver settings" what exactly do you mean? Not sure what drivers could be causing the issue.

I also have the exact same problem.
Uable to disable input when error is showing it makes editing a nightmare because i switch inputs all the time.
There must be a delay that would show black screen before showing error but there is none.

I dont know how to change the driver settings, but from what i can there, there is no option.
