Question / Help Unstable Uploading

Hi I normally stream with a 3500 bitrate upload speed. Just in the past week though I have only been able to stream at 1200 upload speed with no error but just today I cant even stream that bitrate stable. I was wondering if you guys can help.

Also I am dropping frames consitantly at 1200 bitrate that I never dropped when I used to use 3500 bitrate.

Very likely caused by the internet provider, that connection is NOT suitable for streaming.

They're reporting no LAST MILE issues. It doesn't mean they aren't actually having issues.
