Unstable stream / Disconnecting and reconnecting

I've been having problem that my stream is unstable and keeps reconnecting. I've streamed for pretty long time and never had issues before. I feel like these problems started at 9th of september. I tryed to see if there was some updates on that date on OBS or Microsoft, but couldnt find any. Im not having any issues with internet in general, ping in games is awesome and everything seems to work. I also have very powerful PC so there should be no issue. Speedtest shows 500 download and 50 upload and ping 16ms.
Im wired, not wireless.

Tryed to switch servers from obs to close countrys, no fix.
Reinstalled OBS, no fix.
Bought new router and all internet cables, no fix.
Disabled " HAGS ", no fix.
Tryed to stream with Streamlabs over OBS, no fix.
Lowered all stream quality and Bitrate from 6900 to 5000, no fix.

Any ideas what could be wrong or anyone had similar problems?

Thanks.

1. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's an experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via these instructions.
2. In Windows, we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.
3. Your log contains streaming sessions with dropped frames (4.5%). This can only be caused by a failure in your internet connection or your networking hardware. It is not caused by OBS, but OBS can help. Start with not ignoring service bitrate limits. Settings > Advanced > Network > Enable Dynamically change bitrate... [Apply] [OK]

Make sure you are using the best server with

If still having issues, follow the troubleshooting steps at: Dropped Frames and General Connection Issues. If still having issues, post new log.
