Question / Help Unstable stream after 5 minutes

I'm currently fighting an issue that recently popped up in the past 24 hours. I've been streaming to Twitch for the past couple of months without any major issues until very recently.

I currently use OBS studio 20.1.3, bit rate is set to 2000kbps, resolution downscale to 1280x720 30fps, Twitch server set to auto. My ISP is Comcast, Xtreme 150 plan, and I stream through a hardwired connection.

The stream will start out smooth and stable with a solid green status, but consistently, frames will drop and the stream becomes unstable after five minutes and thirty seconds. The stream continues to be unstable (twitch analyzer says stable) with fluctuations between 0kbps and 3000kbps. Sometimes the stream stabilizes after eight minutes, and other times it remains unstable.

I've run speed tests on Speedtest.net, Xfinity, and Google prior to streaming and all average around 150Mbps download and 20Mbps upload. There have been times that the upload will stick at 2Mbps, but it clears in the next speed test.

Attached are the log files from a live broadcast as well as a few different tests (different bit rates) ran right after the live broadcast.

I've also used the twitch checker program to test bandwidth. After I encounter the unstable stream problem, all servers show low bandwidth (<1000kbps). If I wait five minutes and rerun the twitch bandwidth checker, all servers exceed 4000kbps.

I'm halfway convinced it's a network issue, but all modem indications (SNR, upstream/downstream) look to spec.

Help?

Update: It's network related. Too many splitters before the cable run meets the mainline. Seems to be fine now.
