Unstable Kb/s

I am experiencing unstable Kb/s at the moment. This was not always the case until about 2-3 months ago and not sure what the issue is. Hardware is checked and all 100%, my package is 100d/20up, and ports are all open for twitch streaming (1935, 80, 443). I've attached OBS logs in case someone can assist me at least locate where the issue lies. I'm not very knowledgeable myself when it comes to reading the logs.
Any advice/tips to resolve the issue or AT the very least get it back stable, are welcome.

I have tried with admin rights. Not sure what you mean by my internet connection alone.
Something that i also forgot to mention is whenever i stream using recommended servers it runs a bit more stable. Nothing close to a smooth ride though.
