Question / Help Unstable FPS

Hey so i've been streaming for a good 5 months now, always at 60 FPS at 720 2500 Bitrate (I have good upload just that some people cant watch my stream at higher bitrates) and recently today and yesterday i've been having fluctuating FPS, it is usually at a stable 60 but now it just goes all over the place bouncing around between 40-60, it might not seem as much but it is pretty annoying and it can clearly be seen on OBS that it affects the quality quite a bit.
