Question / Help Unstable connection - Twitch Test says otherwise. Log Attached

Any idea what would cause OBS to read my connection as unstable? Speedtest reads 95+mbps down, 20+mbps up.
Tried the Twitch test, and it came back aces.

I have also attempted hitbox, twitch directly, you name it. Totally lost here.

I've tested with XSplit, and it works. I have had zero issues with OBS in the past, so, I am missing something with the software here. Any suggestions are appreciated.

It seems like OBS is thinking it's a bad connection....

Can you please uninstall and install an older version? Possibly 0.64b? If it works and 0.65b does not work, then something odd is with that release. A few people have been getting disconnects this past week, but I know twitch has been having issues; however if Xsplit works and OBS does not as well as the bandwidth tool works, I couldn't begin to guess.

The Twitch tester only tests your connection to Twitch. You're streaming to Restream.io. Sounds more like an issue with them.

Go to Settings > Advanced and try checking the "Disable TCP send window optimization" box.

^ Ooh, there's a plan! Imma try that. Just so I am aware, what does that do?

For the record, it began working, as far as I know, about 5am. What's weird about it is that the kbps monitor takes two seconds to light up, like it's sluggish. That has never happened before.

Your router or something along the path do your streaming service apparently doesn't handle large windows properly. This will impact your available bandwidth over long distance links, but to nearby servers it shouldn't matter.

That's really weird, as that hasn't happened before. Any idea what could cause that to happen?
