At my job I frequently livestream to Vimeo using OBS as my backup rtmp stream. My main encoder has been having issues lately, so I'm relying on the backup stream from OBS, but the connection has been consistently unstable. My internet is good, so I don't think the ISP is the problem. Can anyone help me figure out if the the problem is my settings or my hardware? These are my computer specs and my obs settings.
