Hello I've recently upgraded my computer and before i could stream with 0 problems with CBR enabled.
But now when i use CBR, and even when i dont use it, i drop frames from the get go.
Things ive done include: finding the ping to the twitch tv servers closest to me, reinstalling OBS and streaming at lower qualities. all seem to have no effect on this.
The preferred stream settings i'm trying to get here are 720p with 1.5 downscale.
