Unlocking frame lines of a capture window source to be able to change edges independently instead of constrained

I need to be able to move the red border lines in a source window independently so that I can crop, in my case, the top of a Zoom meeting window out to eliminate the participants video thumbnails at the top of the window. Is this possible, or are the borders constrained to the same proportions of the window being captured?
