uninstalled-reinstalled had to remove StreamFX.dll .. help?

Hey guys ,
i need some help i guess..
i had obs se.live edition... since i was having some issue recently i decided to remove the se.live things .
Uninstalled obs kept user settings (saved all folder somewhere else )
reinstalled OBS but
whenever i would launch it it would crash and it was referring to StreamFX.ddl
i decided to delete streamfx.dll and StreamFX.pdb and now obs launched without problems.

Questions :
what's that streamfx.dll??? do i need it ?can't recall what plugin was but probably something with the timers...
and why it would make it crash? i add CRASH.LOG

StreamFX is a plugin. You'll have to report the crash directly to the plugin developer, but it's likely you had a very old version of the plugin installed.

Yup, make sure all your plugins are up to date as that can cause crashing or other odd issues

i just checked after your comments and yes it's a plugin LOL
at the moment i removed it but maybe later i'll give it a try again !! thank you again !!!!
