I have been running a daily 4-hour stream since January from 2PM-6PM PST and I've never experienced any lag or disconnects with OBS. However, yesterday my stream disconnected 5 or 6 times. As far as I can tell there were no unusual issues or changes on my end--same setup, no other internet activity, etc. I tried calling my ISP concerned there may be Upload throttling but they denied it.
I've attached my OBS Log File from the disconnect. Can anyone take a look at let me know if there are any recommended setting changes I should make? I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and so I'm connecting to that Twitch server but I suppose if I disconnect in the future I could try switching to Los Angeles, which has similar ping times.
I checked the Twitch forums and didn't see anyone else with this issue, although there was a Web upgrade deployed during my stream.
After the disconnects I reconnected immediately every time and experienced no other lag or hangups until the next, sharp disconnect.
