Question / Help Undo / redo Functions ? "Save Project" ?

Hello,

Sorry for my bad english, i'm French.

Is there any "undo/redo" functions ? I don't see this basic things in the file menu !!

And, also, is it possible to save a configuration as a "project", to be able to open / close a project easily ? Basic feature...
 
There is no undo/redo. It is a wanted feature, and the developers are working on it. No ETA.

You can save Profiles, and Scene Collections.
Profiles are things like the streaming service, resolution, bitrate, framerate. It lets you easily switch between streaming to Twitch, YouTube, or select 1080p or 720p.

Scene Collections are just that, collections of different Scenes, and also your Audio settings (as they are stored in the Scene portion). You can have different Scene Collections for things like specific games, holidays (Halloween), and things like that.
