Question / Help Understanding auto-config results

Hi!

I have a local rtmp server on my LAN. It's an old PC, bit freshly installed with Ubuntu 18. The rtmp server runs as a nginx module.

I use OBS on my Mac. I did a network test with iperf3. So on the Ubuntu box, I ran iperf3 -s (to start in server mode) and started iperf3 -c [ip] -t 30 on my Mac to run 30 seconds of test.

Here's the results:
[ ID] Interval Transfer Bandwidth
[ 4] 0.00-30.00 sec 309 MBytes 86.5 Mbits/sec sender
[ 4] 0.00-30.00 sec 309 MBytes 86.4 Mbits/sec receiver

When running the aut-config wizard, I set those parameters:
Base resolution: Keep as is (1920x1080)
FPS: 60 or 30 (prefer 60)

I choose Custom for the streaming service, enter my LAN IP for my server 192.168.*.*, check the Test option and hit Next

The wizard end up suggesting my those settings:
Bitrate: 1500
Encoding: Software x264
Base resolution: 1920x1080
Scales resolution: 853x480
FPS: 30

I find those settings to be very low and strange...

I mean... 1500 bitrate and lower than half the resolution for streaming on a LAN...

So I wonder why should I check in order to have better results in the wizard...

Thanks
