Bug Report Under 30FPS all of the sudden

Hello, I am a long time streamer using OBS. I have never had a problem with this software until now. About a week ago when I wanted to stream I noticed that even when I want to monitor capture, the FPS is really low (My aero is disabled) but not just desktop, even games are streamed at around 10 fps. When I restarted the computer it was OK and it happened to me everytime since then, I had to restart my computer before streaming. But now even that doesnt help. My FPS while streaming is really low all of the sudden. I tried reinstalling my OBS but doesnt help. I dont think it can be a hardware problem, everything seems fine.

Any ideas?

You tried with the DXTory capture not in your scene?

I am always using Dxtory. The problem is not just with the games its also with monitor

Having monitor capture going at the same time as dxtory could be causing the problem, not to mention the fact that OBS has game capture abilities on par with or exceeding dxtory.

It has always worked fine for me it happened out of nowhere.
