Question / Help Unbearable FPS issues and stuttering while having OBS on in any game,what so ever.

Hello,
I am using the latest build of windows 10 and i want to say that i did not have this problem before.CSGO or H1Z1 is terrible even if OBS is running in the background.(Not recording).Take a look at my logs. https://hastebin.com/bifisaluwu Thanks!

Update to the latest version of OBS.

Just noticed

• Fixed an issue with the new 2018 Windows 10 release (1803) that would cause game capture to perform poorly on Direct3D 9.0c games.

I will take a look
