Hi! I did some short test of local recordings, which work. I can watch them after I'm done recording for a minute or 2. But then I recorded for about 4hours and when I go to look at the video it don't start, basicly 00.00 out of 00.00 minutes. Yet its 6gig. Anything to fix it :/? When I go to check logs I only see for the small tests I did, no log for the long one.

Saving directly to mp4 is not recommended due to the fact that ANY non-graceful shutdown of the encoding process causes the entire file to become corrupt, which is likely what happened in your case.
It is recommended to save to flv instead for just that reason.
Chances are, the mp4 you have is completely unrecoverable.
