Unable to update the user configuration

We’re encountering an issue with the application shortcut launch for the OBS 31.0.4 application. Please find the details below, along with the observed behavior and testing scenarios

• When the global.ini file is not present in the %appdata%\Roaming directory, the shortcut launches successfully.
• The issue arises only when Active Setup overwrites existing files, specifically the global.ini.
• For testing purposes, we manually deleted the previous version’s global.ini file and replaced it with the current version’s file, but the error still persists.
• Additionally, the global.ini file is automatically created in the roaming folder when the shortcut is first launched. If we then perform Active Setup afterward, the same error occurs again.
