Question / Help Unable to stream?

Hey guys, so basically here are my specs:

i5-3570k@3.8GHz / 12GB DDR3 @1600MHz / 120GB Force3 SSD & 2TB Samsung EcoGreen / Corsair 650d /
AMD 7850 2GB

Now for whatever reason, if I stream or preview my stream at the following settings, I lose a fair amount of FPS in-game.

Encoding: use cbr / max bitrate: 2500 / enable cbr padding/ aac and 96 bitrate
Video: resolution 1920x1080 / resolution downscale: 720p / filter: blinear (fastest) / fps: 30 / disable aero
Advanced: Use multithreaded optimizations / Process Priority: Normal / x264 preset: very fast / keyframe: 2

And every time I will preview my stream and launch up a game, I will lose FPS in-game and it lags somewhat in comparison.

Prime example? Bioshock: Infinite, before streaming I will get anywhere from 81-105fps and while streaming I will only get 60-65/66 FPS now, I know I shouldn't get the exact same fps but to lose that amount of frames while streaming, surely that can't be right.

The same applies to League of Legends, before streaming: 150-175/180, while streaming/previewing: 80-100fps.

I am using Monitor Capture and this is probably why my FPS dips but to be honest, I've seen users out there with worse hardware and they are able to stream and at this point I'm just stumped, I don't know what to do? I don't want to use game capture because I don't like to use it, I like to be able to broadcast my monitor so that I can be able to share things with my stream and broadcast the entirety of League of Legends and so on.

Is there anything I can do to improve this?

At the risk of sounding like a tit, which I'm not trying to do -- avoid Monitor Capture. Now, League of Legends, I can accept using Monitor Capture there although I would still recommend against doing it even then. But, Bioshock? Why not Game Capture it? Monitor Capture easily is the slowest capture method when using Windows 7 and unless there really is no alternative should it be considered.

And, really... there is an alternative. Even for LoL.

For LoL: Enable Aero, set up 2 scenes. One with a Window Capture of its lobby window and one with a Game Capture of its match window.

For Bioshock: Game Capture all the way. It is a modern title, it will capture just fine with Game Capture and perform remarkably well while doing so.

I don't know if this is a problem with just me or everyone but, when I use game capture and I put my webcam over the top of it, the game capture just stops and stuff like that, it's a little silly.

I guess I could do that though, the 2 scenes thing. Hopefully that's not too much of a hassle.
