Question / Help Unable to stream without Massive FPS drops

Hello guys! i've been trying to stream on twitch with my setup for a couple of months now and i'm getting really performance issues during streaming/recording to different drives of course. I'm using the nvenc codec to stream and record at the sametime with my MSI gtx 1080 Armor 8gb memory. I opened up every program know to man to check temp's on GPU,CPU and also the usages while streaming, I will post my specs down below with my Obs studio Logs and screens shots of my settings.


Specs :
i7-5820k
MSI gtx 180
16gb Ram ( which in the bios it saids one of the Ram Sticks isn't supported but their the same sticks. I bought them together)

Cpu Usage is usually From 60-70
Gpu Usage Stays at 50-60
Ram Usage is at 55%
