Unable to stream on YouTube via VPN at 20+ Mbps.

There is a simple VPS on a simple hosting with a declared speed of 100 Mbps. The server is located in Latvia. WireGuard is installed on the server and on my PC. Everything works and speedtestnet and other similar services show ~90 Mbps (both directions) from Latvia to various servers in Europe. But when starting a broadcast on YouTube at 20-22 Mbps, the speed begins to drop to 7-12 Mbps within a few seconds. It is only possible to broadcast more or less normally at 16-18 megabits. To the main and backup servers. CPU load on the server is at a minimum level. When watching 4K videos on YouTube, there are no problems, Connection Speed is displayed at 60-65 Mbps and Buffer Health is usually 10s.

What could be the reason for this? Do I need a VPS in another country?

The problem was solved by setting MTU = 1400 in the WireGuard server/client application on the VPS and my on PC. Now OBS can broadcast at 25 mbps and only at 30 mbps there are small blockages (0.5-1%), and at 40 mbps it is already bad. Not a bad option. I still don't understand why this happens if everything else worked fine.
