Question / Help Unable to Stream on 60fps on 720p

I have been streaming normally at 1280x720p at 30fps without a hitch and its fine. But, I wanted slightly better quality in my streams, so I decided to plunge and up my FPS to 59.94 and 60. However, when I set these settings, OBS Studio will refuse to stream, saying that my drivers for my GPU could be outdated. Now, that's not correct as I just got the latest drivers from NVIDIA. I am running a gtx1070 as well, so I know the card can handle the load. But, the weird part? If I set the FPS back to 30, it runs normally. This also happens if I up the output to 1080p at 30fps or 60fps.

This is such an odd issue as before I could stream in 1080p at 60 with no issues. However, I decided to go with lesser specs because some of my viewers have less than desirable internet connections. But, if I can manage to make the stream look a bit better without any huge dips for my viewers, I want to. I have attached my most recent log. I hope there isn't anything majorly wrong!

Thats really weird, have you tried disabling your graphics card and enabling in the driver manager? also there is a weird bug with nvidia updates where its asking you to install the same update multiple times and one of the fixes is the above question, this may also be the reason to your issue.
As for the quality, NVENC is comparable to x264 on veryfast and 720p 60 doesn't start looking good on veryfast till about 5500Kbps.
