Question / Help Unable to stream in "faster" without stuttering

Hey guys,

I find myself unable to stream in "faster" on twitch.
The game just stutters like crazy, now I understand this ofcourse is heavier for a pc to run, but with my setup I feel like it should be doable, but correct me if im wrong.

I have my second graphic card only running physx, gonna sell it soon since its so shit to stream with.
