Question / Help Unable to stream anything but black screen

I recently tried to stream some games again (I used to stream just fine before as well without changes to network, options, streaming services etc.) but every single time I start the stream it starts connecting for about a second while building up the upload kb/s to around 800, then it stops (before it even reaches the usual ~3000kb/s) and drops back down to zero before disconnecting me completely.
For testing I tried streaming an empty scene which worked fine but as soon as I added any form of visual content i.e. images/window/monitor captures it drops down to 0 before eventually disconnecting me again.
As for the games I tried:

Tera Korea
League of Legends (EUW)
Aion EU

My only idea was it could be nProtect preventing it but that seems unlikely as even LoL or just an image doesn't work anymore... Any help or suggestion would be highly appreciated as I am out of ideas, thanks in advance!

Edit: Sounds, however seem to work as well (along with an empty scene of course) and the anti cheat compatibility option also doesn't change a thing

Have you installed a third party firewall lately?

At least no obvious third party firewall. Using the same Kaspersky security software as before when it still used to work. I obviously tried disabling it and retrying but of course it didn't work. Other possible firewalls don't come to mind

Not that Kaspersky doesn't have a good product, but windows firewall does plenty good to keep the bad stuff out. as Kaspersky could come up with false positives if it has the IDS function detecting OBS as doing somehting out of the norm. Anyway, just check through everything but this is what I suspect. Also try a different ingest

I have been checking through everything for about a month without conclusion, that is why I'm here... Any other suggestions for things to check maybe? As I said even deactivating it completely along with the windows firewall yields the same results

Of course I also tried every single ingest available with the same result
