Bug Report Unable to stop record with a non existent network interface

hi everyone,

i've discovered a bug, if i use a non existent network and i hit start streaming (give me obiviously an error) and then i click on start recording, the recording start as usual and i can't stop record and i have to kill Obs64.exe in task manager

usually you cant drive a car with non existent engine. bug testing lvl 9000

when i want to stream i use usb tethering (via Android phone using LTE connexion) because i have xDSL connexion ( less than 1mbits/s upload)

so when i unplug the usb cable from the computer the network adapter is grayed out !

and sometime i want to record local video and sometime i can missclick and click on start streaming
instead on start local record
