Unable to run OBS installer due to Adobe Creative Cloud using files

I'm trying to install OBS for work but I'm getting a message saying "OBS files are being used by the following applications Creative Cloud Desktop Please close these applications to continue setup. All Creative Cloud programs are closed, I've restarted my computer but it's still not working.

You need to force close the CC apps. Look in task manager / process and you'll see a lot of Adobe processes. Simple force them to close and try again.
