Bug Report Unable to resize source

So I've been having hit or miss issues with resizing my sources on my scenes. I will admit that I wasn't using global sources at first and having deleted and reconfiguring everything over to global sources the red outline finally popped up and I could resize. Well, now I am having the issue of it not wanting to resize again. I've deleted everything and again reconfigured it to see if it would help but no. I can't even click on the edges to get the red outline, I can click in the sources to select the item I want to resize but still no red outline. Any suggestions? All I want to do is move say an image or chat source to cover up certain elements on the main source.

You might wanna right-click your sources -> Position/Size -> Reset size (or hit CTRL + R), afterwards hit CTRL + C or use Position/Size -> Center. As long as you have the preview/stream active and have "Edit Scene" active, you should now see the red borders. If your sources are too big for your current Preview, you can hit CTRL + F or use Position/Size -> Fit to Screen.
Report back if you still have problems, you could upload your "scenes.xconfig" and we´ll take a look.

Well I tried that but with no luck but here is the file, maybe it will help. Granted it's a txt but since I can't upload that extension it'll have to do.

Your sources are all looking good, and I can see the red borders when I activate the "Edit Scene" button (while previewing or streaming). Resizing works as well. Did you maybe forget to click on edit scene while the preview/streaming was active?

Oh I was told to double click the line description in the source box and it should highlight red which doesn't work for me. Hitting the edit source button is so much easier. Thanks!
