SO I use OBS to record drawing tutorials etc on Photoshop, but recently I've been having several issues.
Originally, when I booted up OBS the screen was black and wouldn't record anything. I fixed this by changing the 3D Nvidia settings. Anyways, after fixing that issue, I thought I'd be able to record again since I could see my screen. Nope, instead it popped up with 'Starting the output failed, check the log' etc.
