Question / Help Unable to record

I'm totally new to this whole program and concept, but feel I am fairly technically able. My whole objective is to record a streaming video on line to a file. I tried to use the web address directly, but after many errors I gave up and tried to just record an open window. I can get the video to show and play in the OBS program, I just cant use the "Record" feature. I always get this error message: "Note: If you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date." My video drivers ARE up to date, so I don't know what NVENC or AMD encoders are. I am attaching the most recent log. Hopefully someone can explain to me what I need or to do.

P.S. I tried to attach the log file and it said I needed some kind of "prefix", so I'm dumping the text here:

A couple of things...

Your video card doesn't support NVENC. It's just too old. That's not an option you have available for an encoder.

Also, currently the QuickSync drivers are broken for encoding. You need to roll back to a driver set prior to Nov 2018. Yay....

You *should* be able to encode just fine using x264 though, just as long as your CPU preset isn't set too slow (when in doubt, just stick to "veryfast"). You may need to change the output resolution to something lower like 1280x720 though -- the 4770 isn't really cut out for 1080p60 x264 encoding.

Short of replacing the video card, I don't know what NVENC means. Probably immaterial at this point. Where are the "'QuickSync" drivers? Is that for the video card? (They are up to date now.) I changed the setting in the OBS program to 1280x720 for copying, but it didn't make a difference.
I went into the CMOS to look for any settings that might relate to your comment on being set too slow, but didn't see anything that I was comfortable changing.

I appreciate your response, but may have to wait until I can afford a new video card to enable video recording.
