Bug Report Unable to record, streaming works perfectly

I've tweaked a bunch of settings trying to get it to work, but the error in the log(here) is less than helpful and all the UI says is "An unspecified error occurred while recording.".

As said in the title, streaming works perfectly.

Any suggestions for additional debugging?
