Question / Help Unable to Pick Up Desktop Audio

Hello, my OBS isn't picking up my desktop audio at all. I've tried every single internet guide I could find to fix this problem and nothing has worked.

If anyone could provide any help, that would be great

I have a Microsoft Surface Pro 4
