Unable to open Obs download - MacOS

Hi, I keep getting the same error message when I try to open to download software "Safari can’t open the file “obs-studio-31.0.1-macos-apple.dmg” because no available application can open it.". Any ideas please

Could it be that it's hacked?

The file size is now different than it was about a month ago...?
