Unable to move sources

My OBS is fully updated but I've been having this issue a few updates back as well. I've made several scenes with several sources but after the initial creation I now cannot move anything in OBS. I can delete things and create sources, but I cannot move sources newly created or not.

Make sure the little padlock next to the source is unlocked by clicking on it.
