Question / Help Unable to install.

I have a problem, where I get the "Your system is missing runtime components" message, even though I have the vcredist x64 AND x86 2017. Is there a known fix for this?

Are you on windows 7 or 8?
If so, make sure your windows updates are fully up to date.

I'm on windows 7, and on this laptop I just formatted it, and reinstalled the OS, with the latest version of windows 7.
