Question / Help unable to initialize directx 10 [resolved]

Alright, well then.. I've already read a few other topics where they could not use this program due to their GPU capabilities; now no matter how hard i looked i could not find these said "minimum recommended computer requirements" i think something needs to be put in plain site so people don't download thinking oh this will be awesome and be disappointed if they cannot use it, well i hope I'm not disappointed. Here is my log, please let me know if i can run this program or not.

Error: Could not initialize DirectX 10 on NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti. This error can happen for one of the following reasons:

1.) Your GPU is not supported (DirectX 10 is required - note that many integrated laptop GPUs do not support DX10)
2.) You're running Windows Vista without the "Platform Update"
3.) Your video card drivers are out of date

If you are using a laptop with NVIDIA Optimus or AMD Switchable Graphics, make sure OBS is set to run on the high performance GPU in your driver settings.

That's actually a somewhat recent card, there shouldn't be any problem with it. I think video drivers or directx is out of date or something. Very unusual to see that error with an nvidia. Shouldn't happen.

ok so right after i posted this (even though I had done nothing to change these settings in anyway) i went to pull up World of Tanks and it said that my hardware acceleration for direct x was off or unavailable, well turns out all three options were not available so i reinstalled mygraphics driver and that did it; decided to try OBS again and it works now..I'm not sure how this all occurred but yea its fixed now. Sorry for wasting your time lol.
