Unable to go Live using OBS

Hi Everyone,

I am pretty new to OBS. I was trying to go live with OBS using SE.Live plugin installed. It is not working now. However it worked in past just fine.

I am attaching a screen shot and log file for anyone to be able to help me with this error.
